At New Covenant Church, youth ministry is a priority—not an afterthought. We believe the teenage years are a vital season for encountering Jesus, building strong foundations, and discovering identity and purpose in Christ.
Our vision is simple: for every teen who walks through our doors to have a real encounter with the living God. No matter their background, story, or struggles, we want every student to feel loved, welcomed, and wanted.
We believe this generation isn’t just the future of the Church—they are a generation of revival.
Our team is committed to creating a safe, fun, and Spirit-filled environment where students can grow in faith, connect with other teens, and build life-changing relationships with leaders who truly care.
We also attend camps, concerts, conferences, and social events throughout the year to help teens grow spiritually, build friendships, and make unforgettable memories.

KASEY
SELVANAYAGAM
Kasey Selvanayagam has served as the Youth Pastor at New Covenant Church since 2018. Before stepping into ministry, she was an active member of NCC while attending community college, later graduating from Ramp University where she received training and confirmation of her call to youth ministry.
She has been married to Suj since 2021. Suj is a high school math teacher and plays a vital role on the youth leadership team. Together they have one daughter, Shiloh, and a shared heart for seeing the next generation thrive in Christ.
Kasey is passionate about creating a space where every teen, no matter their background, can encounter the real and living Jesus. Her leadership is marked by authenticity, compassion, and a deep belief that this generation is called to revival.
Through discipleship, worship, and a strong team of leaders, she is helping shape a generation that knows God and boldly lives out their faith.
